Subrental Analysis
The Subrental Analysis Report shows all the sub-rents for a selected time as well as the contract the sub-rent was for. The total cost of the sub-rent and the total income will be shown to give a Net Profit for each item and each Category. Freight for each item will be calculated if there is a delivery fee on the subrental contract. It will take a percentage of that item compared to the total revenue on the contract then multiply it by the Freight. For example, if the cost of an item is $50, the total revenue for the contract is $200 and the delivery fee is $100 (freight on that contract): 50/200=0.25 times 100 = 25. So the freight cost associated with that item would be $25. The report will look like the following:
