Transaction Operations
Transaction Operations can be set up to allow you to have a sub-status for different contract statuses. To set up your Transaction Operations, go to Configuration and then Transaction Operations. For reference, your IROs and Work Orders can have sub-statuses setup called “Waiting for Parts” or “Repairs Completed.” This allows you to update the contract and keeps everyone informed of the contract status as each process for that contract is completed.
