Work Orders Pending Report
Location: Program Menu > Maintenance Reports > Work Orders Pending Report
Overview: This report shows all pending work orders in the system. The work order report will consist of the following:
Definitions:
| Name | Name of Customer |
| WO Type | Work Order Number |
| Contract Number | List the Work Order Number |
| Contract Questions | List responses to Work Order questions |
| Date | Date of Work Order |
| Phone | Customers Phone Number |
| PO Number | Purchase Order Number (if any) |
| Information | Information in relation to the Work Order |
| Operation | Work Orders Operational Status from the Contract |
