eCommerce | Troubleshooting: Items Missing from the Website

If you have an item that is not showing on your eCommerce (formerly known as Rental Hosting) website, please check each of these conditions:

• If it’s a serialized item record with no associated header, the serialized item record is uploaded

• If there is a header record, the header record is uploaded

• If it’s a serialized item record with no associated header, be sure the Header field is blank

• Has to have a quantity or Subrent quantity

• Has to have a rental rate

• Cannot be marked “hide on website”

• Cannot be marked “inactive”

• Cannot be marked as "no print on contract"  (does not apply Package record types)

• Must be assigned to a category

• Category must be assigned to a division if divisions are used on your website

• Category cannot be marked <DONOTSHOW> in the webtag, and not assigned to a SuperCategory

• Category cannot be excluded from the website

If all of these conditions are satisfied, and the item is still not showing on the website, please contact support.  Please provide at least one item key and its category.
