Assigning Price Sheets to Items
Inventory items are automatically assigned to the default price sheet. But for items that need a price sheet that's not the default, you can manually assign another. This article will show you how to assign an existing price sheet to an item. For more information on how to create a price sheet, please see our article Price Sheets.
Assigning a Price Sheet
- Open an inventory item and go to the Pricing tab.
- Check the box next to the price sheet that you would like to assign to the item and then press Save.
- The price sheet is now assigned to the item. You can confirm this by making sure the newly assigned price sheet has "* Active" displayed next to it.
Important! After assigning a new price sheet, the new rates will be applied to active transactions that have the item. You can verify this by clicking on the Rate and then How this rate is calculated.
In Mass
If you need to do this in Mass you can Export your Inventory into a CSV then you can Associate the Price Sheet there.
