Configurations: Setting Company Details and Hours



The Company Details section includes basic information about the company from the store address to the store hours. Store hours are important as they will help notate when items are due back. Companies would not want items due back after their store has closed. Also, with store hours you can set when you close for special days, i.e., holidays.

Basic Information

To change your company's basic information and hours, navigate to Configuration > Company Details.

This area will allow you to add your company name, company description, your business phone number, and other items as well.

Address

This area will allow you to add your address to your Essentials account as well as choose your default language for your program and set your time zone.

Allowed Languages

 

For your inventory to show in other languages, you will need to translate the item listings. To edit an item in another language, switch your view to that language and save your changes. For example, if you wanted to translate the listing for "Item X" into Spanish, first change your view into Spanish by using the selector in the navigation bar. Then find "Item X" and edit it, changing the text into Spanish. Once you save the item, the Spanish translation will be saved and your original English will remain.

Company Hours
 

You will see this below. You can set your store hours by adding new company hours and selecting day/every day. Then you can add your closed days following the same process and marking closed. You can also select Date Range if you want to close for long holidays or if you are seasonal. In Configuration > Company Configuration > Printing Options, you may also define if your hours print on the customer’s contract.

Once you are done adding your hours, they will display in the Company Hours area.

On the Company Storefront, the address, hours, and description of your company will show in the footer of the website.

Delivery Time Window
 

You can define your time ranges, select if you want them for delivery/pickup, delivery, or pickup, and if you want these time windows available for customers on your storefront. To do that you can navigate to Configuration > Company Configuration > Date/Time Options.
