Defects

We fixed a rate calculation defect in which, under certain circumstances, the rate for a period longer than the base rate may incorrectly default to the base rate. The rate is now correctly calculated.

We fixed a defect in which a contract with a Damage Waiver excluded from all items would still show the 'Accepted Damage Waiver' text on the contract output. Now, the 'Accepted Damage Waiver' text will only show if at least one item has a damage waiver applied.
