Assignable notes with Needs Response, alerts, and to-do view

Notes can now be marked as "Needs Response," assigned to teammates, and closed when completed. A new page lists all notes needing attention, with in-app alerts for pending items. This applies to notes on Maintenance and Customer Records.

Assign a note to an employee:

A note set to “Needs Response” but not assigned to an employee will show in the queue for all employees in that location.

Complaint, Cause, Correction Maintenance Fields

Maintenance fields now follow the industry standard 3Cs (Complaint, Cause, Correction). Any previously entered notes will now show in the “Correction” field.

Workbench: New “Prepared for Send-Out” icon

Reservations ready for send-out now display a "Prepared" icon on the Workbench, allowing for quick visibility without clicking into the transaction page. See the green checkmark.

Photo uploads now show clear size and aspect ratio guidance

Upload screens now provide clear guidance on supported aspect ratios, recommended sizes, and restrictions, reducing errors and improving the photo upload experience.

Updated AI Support

From Essentials, click “AI Assistant” to open the updated AI Support Bot. You can ask questions, access support articles, and create cases.
