General Ledger income entries for Categories/Items

Under Accounting/Accounts, there is a ‘+’ sign. You can click on it to open up the ability to add a new account and give it an account number
 

Once you have created that, and saved, you can go to inventory/categories, and tie that account to any category. 

 

If you do this at the category level, the income from all items in that category will flow through to your new account. However, if there is, for example, 1 item in 1 category you wish to tie to that new account, you can choose just that 1 item also by going to inventory/inventory, and editing that item. 

 

Salesperson filter on workbench

With our new salesperson feature, you now have the ability to see all upcoming contracts by individual, or even multiple salespersons. We have added ‘Salespersons’ as a filter’. 

 

Invoice search on workbench

In the workbench, you can now search contracts by the invoice# if they have been created

 

Multiple items doing missed rental

You now have the ability to have multiple items when doing a missed rental. See below.
