Adding a New Employee to Rental eSign (USF Customization)

Log in to the system and navigate to the People > Employees dropdown menu.

Select Add New Employee.

Complete all required fields and click SAVE. Important: For USF customization, ensure the user is assigned an "Admin" role to grant configuration permissions.

Go to the Pending Verification page and click verify.

Provide the new employee with their username and the following link: https://rentalesign.com. They will be prompted to set a password during their first login.
