Basic PC Workstation Requirements
The primary function of the workstation is to connect to the server via a Remote Desktop Connection. Little “work” is performed by the workstation (Counter PC/Terminal) thus the specifications are minimal. Below you will find the basic PC workstation requirements.

Compatible Windows PC Operating Systems

Windows 10 or higher (Recommended)

Intel i3/i5 Processor or higher.

Minimum 500GB hard drive.
8 GB RAM or higher. -
Gigabit Ethernet network card.

Up to 3 Available USB 2.0 Ports for optional peripherals (OCR scanner, Signature Capture Pad, Mag-Swipe Reader).

Small form factor chassis is recommended to conserve counter space.

3 year next-business day or better manufacturer’s hardware warranty strongly recommended.
Basic Printer Requirements

Must be a laser printer.

Must be Windows 2016 or higher compatible.

Must either have an Internal RJ-45 Network Interface to attach directly to the LAN.

Must support PCL printing.

Dell 35ppm and 50 ppm network printers are our recommendations. Equivalent HP or Lexmark printers may be used. Other manufacturers are less likely to perform well and should be avoided.

A second tray is recommended so that one unit can handle plain and contract paper.

3 year next-business day or better manufacturer’s hardware warranty is strongly recommended.

Multi-Function / All-In-One printers are not supported and MAY NOT WORK.
