Color Codes


 This article will go over the color coding scheme within Expert and Elite. For example, if an item is in bold, it means that you could have an issue with your quantity to fulfill this order at this moment in time. Red in the "Str" column means you are viewing a store different from your home store.

Item File Color Coding Scheme

Green - The item is available, and none of the items are out on rent.
 

Blue - The item is available, and at least one quantity is already out on rent.
 

Yellow - This means there are reservations for this item.
 

Red - This means none are in stock.
 

Purple - The item is out of service.
 

White Item Background - The item is a rental item.
 

Grey Item Background - The item is a sale item.

 

Status column

Yellow – reservation.

Green – open.

White – completed.

Blue – quote.

Red – closed.

Boldface

Status – means delivery/pickup.

Item – means overbooked/unavailable.

 

Item availability

Red – unavailable.

Green – available.

Grey – sales items.

Purple – out of service.

Yellow – active reservation(s).

Blue – partial availability.

Red on Quantity - If the Quantity field is displayed in RED, it means that a count has been done against the item, but it has not been finalized. You can verify this information in the Item Record Edit History.
