Time Clock Additional Codes
Overview
Additional Codes allows you to add a missed entry or additional payment types to the time clock. When you add a time clock entry for an employee, you will be given the option of adding a missed entry or additional payment types. If you select one of the additional payment types, you will be asked to select the date and the number of hours. Some standard pay types have already been added such as Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Jury Pay, Sick Leave, etc. Your employees' pay will be calculated according to the pay type without having to make manual adjustments for each one individually.

Addition Codes
The Time Clock menu as found in our Expert program.
In Elite, after selecting Time Clock Report you will be met with the following screen:
1. Adjust the report parameters to your specifications.
2. Select Generate.
3. Select Tools.
4. Select Addition Codes.
Add Addition Codes
You will get the following screen:
1. Select Add to create additional codes.
You will get the following screen:
2. Enter a description.
3. Enter a pay code.
4. Select OK.
