Customer Call Log by Group
The Customer Call Log by Group report prints all the call logs entered for the time you chose. The report can be grouped by Customer Name, Call Log Type, or Operator Name.
Here's how to get there
Expert: Program Menu > Customer Reports > Customer Call Log by Group
Elite: Right Menu > Search bar > Customer Call Log by Group
Security
For Expert, you can check if an employee, group, or terminal has access to this report by going to Menu Security. If the Customer Reports icon is visible and is accessible (not greyed out), your users will have access to this report. Security privileges can be modified in Program Menu > #9 Configuration > Security > Menu Security. For more information on Menu Security see the article Menu Security.
For Elite, you can check if an employee, group, or company has access to this report by going to Browser Security. You can update. Security privileges can be modified in Gear icon > Security> Report Engine > Customer Call Log by Group. You can use the search bar to find the report in Report Engine. The Report
You can click on the operator’s name on the left side of the screen to select the calls for that operator.
