Customers by Status

This article will discuss the customer by status report. This report lists customers based off what is in the status field in their customer record.


Here's how to get there
Expert: Program Menu > Customer Reports > Customer Income Menu > Customer Income by Grouping > Group 1: Customer Status
Elite: Right Menu > Reports > Search: Customer Income by Grouping


From the report generator, select Customer Status for Group 1.
 

This is a drill down type of report where the first screen will look like the following:

You can double click on the status in blue font or on the income amounts to view additional detailed information.
