Data Management Tools – Contracts Statements Send To

 

Select # 9 Contract/Statement Send To from the menu.

 

Select either the Contract Send To or The Statement Send To by Clicking on the bubble next to the selection.

 

Select the Update From Drop down the Selection you want to change. The selections are None, Email, Fax, and Print

 

Select the from the Drop-down that you want To change the Field to.  Again your selections are None, Email, Fax, and Print.

Select Go and all the Records will be updated.  A Window will pop up letting you know the process is done.
