Data Management Tools – Sell Price Change

Select #6 -Sell Price Change From the Menu.

Now you can make your Selection Criteria using the drop-down Boxes.  You can select a Division,  A Category, and or Items from a specific Vendor.  from the drop-down menus or leave them at all Categories.

You Must also select the Type of Item that you want to update. This is the Type designated in the Item Record - Rental Item, Sales Item, Etc

If you select the Update From Item Markup Percentage in the drop-down You will see the Screen Below.  You will have the option to check the box Do Not Decrease Sell Price.  You will also be able to enter the Amount to Round to.  Enter a value and the amounts will round to the nearest value.  If this is your choice Skip Step 5.

If you select Update From % of Last Purchase Price or % of Last Sell Price in drop-down You will see the Screen Below.   You know have an option to enter the Update % of the Field.  So it will calculate the new sell price based on the Percentage you enter in this box.  You will have the option to check the box Do Not Decrease Sell Price.  You will also be able to enter the Amount to Round to.  Enter a value and the amounts will round to the nearest value. If this is your option Skip Step 4.

Click GO and the system will update item records.  You will get a pop window letting you know the process is Done.
