Elite Cloud File Storage: As we move Elite Cloud to a more modern platform, files that would otherwise be stored on the server drive (for things like attachments, instructions, pictures, etc.) will be moved to cloud storage. Users will be able to access these records from a left menu option called ‘File Management’ that has its own security controls.  Over the next several months, we will be migrating users in groups.  An email will go out the day before you are migrated, informing you. For more information please reference the uLearn article: File Management Overview in Elite. Please review your data. The old drives will be going away at the end of March.

USF | Store Finder improvements for visibility and search:
All stores now display immediately when the Store Finder is opened, with results sorted by proximity to the map center. Address searches return all stores without distance limits, and “Search this area” works on first interaction. Messaging has been updated to remove prior distance restrictions.

CP & USF | Improved email deliverability and compliance:
Consumer Portal emails now include both HTML and plain-text formats for better compatibility across email clients. A standardized footer with company details has been added, along with clearer messaging for password reset emails.

CP & USF | Improved SMS verification during sign-up:
Resolved an issue where SMS verification could incorrectly report mismatched contact details. Customers can now complete account verification successfully when their information matches the contact record in Elite (phone number and email)

CP & USF | Improved password recovery experience in embedded views:
The “Not receiving code?” help option is now fully accessible during password changes in embedded experiences, ensuring users can complete account recovery without UI conflicts.

USF | HQ attachments now visible across child stores:
Child stores now display eligible attachments configured at the HQ level, improving consistency in product information across locations.

End of Day-Stranded Card Charges Become Unverified Credits:
End of Day now handles stranded credit card charges by writing a credit to the customer account for the matched amount and marking it Unverified, so you can complete EOD without a call to support and reconcile the next day. The credit will also reference the contract it was created for, so that it can be easily applied to that contract the next day.  As a reminder, unverified transactions are easily visible in the saved system view of the contract grid in the browser. Refund imbalances or non-matching amounts that do not correspond to a contract continue to follow existing EOD behavior and will require a call to support.

Operator Record Enhancements in Browser:

Operator setup and security can now be managed directly in the browser operator record, reducing the need to navigate to Core. Key updates include:

  • Core Employee Info can be launched directly from the browser using the new Additional Operator Info icon (top right of the record, active in modify mode only), allowing tasks like certifications without switching contexts. The Info and Security tabs in Core have been disabled (Certifications tab remains).

  • Maximum Price Change is now configurable per operator in the browser, migrated from role-based limits, with permission-controlled access. This aims to keep behavior consistent while centralizing control per operator.

  • Operator search includes new filterable columns: System Number, Hire Date, Termination Date, Cash Drawer, Deposit Drawer, Max PO Amount, Max Discount, Max Price Change, Employee Number, Multi-Group, Mobile Phone, and Office Phone.

⚠️ Heads-up: These changes will not require security to be reset for users.  We have simply consolidated the places required to set up or modify an employee.

Ready Tag Endpoint Now Includes IRO/IMO/ISO Status for POR One:

The Ready Tag endpoint now passes IRO, IMO, and ISO status to POR One, so yard staff can see which units truly need inspection. This reduces confusion when items fail in Not Ready and move to IRO as part of your workflow. No configuration changes are required.

Refresh Button Added to File Management:
File Management now includes a Refresh button and F5 keyboard shortcut (where supported) to load the latest folders and files. This helps you see changes made in another session without reopening the app. Note: F5 may not work in all web RDP environments.

BI Income Item View Updated to Include Hours:
The BI_CVW_Income_Item view now includes the Hours field for more complete income and utilization reporting. Use it to build dashboards that factor time-based activity alongside income, quantity, and TTM/YTD metrics. No action is required to enable this change.

Print Item Labels from Item Screen Outside File Maintenance:
You can now print item labels from the Item screen (Tools > Print Label), even outside File Maintenance, to support workflows like IMOs. This saves time by letting you stay in Item Availability and open the record to print on demand. Heads-up: You must have a label printer configured.

Memory Lane Monday

This is a fun corner where we republish release notes from previous sprints you may have forgotten about.

Samsara Integration: Users who have been looking for another logistics GPS solution now have the option of using Samsara. This API integration will allow real-time delivery truck information to flow into your dispatch center without your driver having to do anything other than follow their route. For setup information, see our article on Samsara Integration.

Rouse Rates Integration:  We now offer an API integration with Rouse. Once the API key information is populated in Elite, users can access their Rouse Rates from within the Item File, Item Availability, and the Special Rates screen. Users can also customize the aliases and the order in which these rates are displayed. Security can also be set on who has permission to view them. Rouse must be notified that you would like to use this integration. That information and additional details are available in the article Rouse Rates Integration.
