New POR One Images tab in Attachments:
Access images from POR One in a dedicated tab within the attachments grid. Users can filter and sort by key fields and open images. The Add menu is suppressed for this tab. Columns include description, template name, operator, link type, creator, and upload/create dates.
New Record360 Inspections tab in Attachments: (These will be supported at a later date)
Review Record360 inspection PDFs in a third tab within the attachments grid. Users can filter and sort by key fields and open files with one click. The Add menu is suppressed for this tab. Columns include description, template name, operator, link type, creator, and upload/create dates.
New Inspection status from POR One task ingest:
When Elite ingests a task from POR One, it now sets an Inspection Status automatically for the item based on the task template: Precheck = Pre-Checked, Check Out = Inspected Out, Check In = Inspected In, Ready Tag = Ready to Rent. This gives you at-a-glance readiness to rerent items. An item edit records what changed, when, and who made the change. Columns to see this status can be turned on in Day At a Glance and inventory selection and it can also be seen from the select serialized screen.
Carry key fields into Missing & Damaged contracts:
When you create an M&D contract, Elite now carries over Contract Type (Transaction Type) into the M&D screen, plus the Assigned Operator and Sales Rep onto the new contract. This helps your team resolve issues faster with all relevant context preserved.
Default quote date by Quote Expire Days for non-Party stores:
If you are using a rate code other than party code, the quote date picker will now default to a date however many days in the future as indicated by your parameter setting. For example, if you set your quote expiration for 30 days and write a quote for today, the quote picker will default to a day 30 days in the future. The user can override and pick an existing date. All other existing quote expiration logic applies.
Industry Benchmarks: built around ARA taxonomy with weekly peer comparisons:
Benchmark your fleet against the industry using standardized ARA Level 1–2 categories with weekly-refreshed, anonymized peer data. See side-by-side values for ROI, time utilization, maintenance cost % of OEC, and average asset age, plus a delta to spot gaps quickly. Filter within your currency cohort by region, state, or marketplace, drill to asset-level detail, and use thresholds to highlight segments performing outside the norm. A clear “last updated” indicator and published anonymization policy help you trust and act on the insights.
Disposition Agent: nightly-scored, pre-researched sell candidates surfaced in Planner:
Let the Disposition Agent do the heavy lifting each night and surface the top 25 assets most likely ready for sale, already researched with price estimate, market impact, revenue comparison, maintenance outlook, and sell confidence. A new Agent tab (default when enabled) presents actionable cards with quick Snooze/Deny and a detail modal where you can send to disposition, with optional auto-listing to Bidadoo and a weekly email digest to keep you moving. Actions write back to Elite so status stays in sync. Heads up: you enable and configure the agent on a dedicated settings page; this may require role/permission updates.
Voice Agent: answers every call with inventory‑backed quotes:
Ensure every inbound call is answered 24/7 by an AI agent that understands the project, recommends the right equipment from your live inventory, prices it, and captures customer details with zero hold time. This aims to raise answer rates to 100% and convert more calls into quotes while freeing staff to focus on in‑store customers. Call transcripts support smooth handoffs when needed. Heads up: initial setup includes phone number linking and data access configuration; this may require role/permission updates.
Idle equipment insight now percentage-based and actionable in AI Insights:
The Idle Equipment AI insight now leads with the share of your fleet that generated no rental income in the last 90 days, plus a value-weighted view so high-OEC idle stands out. It highlights over‑indexed categories (for example, a category that is 15% of fleet but 40% of idle units) and names the primary store holding the most idle assets, while separating “idle in repair” so the headline reflects idle-and-available. The calculation is deterministic with a true 3‑month lookback and is suppressed for fleets under 250 units to avoid noisy signals. The insight states its definition in plain English so you know exactly what it measures and why.
Analytics CSV export now matches your current view:
Export exactly what you see in Analytics: when Asset Mode is off, downloads are summarized at the current level (division, category, or product); when Asset Mode is on, or when you select a product or a multi‑select union, exports list individual assets. All active filters carry through so numbers match the table, and summary files include the full set of aggregate metrics with a filename that indicates the grain. This keeps offline analysis aligned with on‑screen results.
Analytics now filters and displays by current store:
Store‑scoped Analytics now uses an asset’s current store, not its home store, so location views reflect where equipment actually sits today. Filters, tables, exports, and asset details are updated end‑to‑end, and you may notice counts change compared to the previous home‑store logic. This improves accuracy for transfers, rebalances, and temporary yard moves.
Category and Product added to asset identification in Analytics:
See each asset’s Category and Product/Cat Class alongside other identifiers in the Analytics table and hierarchy, making it easier to recognize, group, and compare like equipment. Assets missing these fields show a clear placeholder so you avoid blanks or errors. This enhancement follows shared styling and does not impact load performance.
Rental Intelligence Assistant (Beta) chat launcher in Elite:
You can access the new Rental Intelligence Assistant from a lower-right chat launcher. Queries run only against curated reporting views over read-only connections; no data is written. A new Browser security setting named RI Assistant controls who can access the Rental Intelligence Assistant in Elite. For more information, see the article Rental Intelligence Assistant.
Grant account list access without Consumer Portal admin rights:
You can grant select users access to manage the Consumer Portal account contact list without giving them full admin panel access. Elite honors a new role in the access token to route users directly to the account list in the browser, letting sales teams manage contacts safely. The ‘Consumer Portal-Account List’ security option will need to be turned on Elite for users to see this, as well as having access granted to the user from the consumer portal admin panel. For more information on this release, see the article eCommerce | Consumer Portal Setup.
See quote priority/probability in Contracts API:
The Contracts endpoint now returns priority/probability values for quotes. You can use this data to assess conversion likelihood and focus your follow-ups in the field.
Assign technicians on work orders via API:
The Work Order endpoint now supports GET, POST, and PATCH of AssignedRemoteUserID so you can set or update the assigned technician.
Manage Damage Waiver Exempt in Customer API:
The Customer endpoint now supports viewing and updating the Damage Waiver Exempt (No DW) flag via GET, POST, and PATCH. This helps you keep customer preferences accurate across systems.
Memory Lane Monday
This is a fun corner where we republish release notes from previous sprints you may have forgotten about.
Special Rates for Credit Card Fees:
You can now set special credit card fee rates for specific customers, allowing for discounts or exemptions. The special rate must be set in the sell price field on the special rate screen. That value corresponds to the percentage that will be charged. To exempt a customer, enter 0.00.
Rouse Rates & Sales Adjustments:
New options are now available in the Rental Rate Adjustment Tool. Sales Adjustment lets you update sales item prices in this tool. The Rouse Rates option allows you to update the book rates on rental items with the Rate Average pulled from Rouse. The other options in this screen for filtering, holding pricing, etc., apply to these two new options for the rental rate adjustment. To learn more about rate adjustments, see our article Data Management Tools | Rate Adjustment.
