Fulfillment tab (Contract tab)

This article will go over the Fulfillment tab found in contracts. This tab is only applicable if you are licensed for the Fulfillment module. To become licensed or for more information, contact us. The Fulfillment tab lists the different fulfillment stages of the contract from prep, loading, and transport. Once each department has finished, an updated status will show under the Fulfillment Tab in the contract.

What does the Fulfillment tab display?

The Fulfillment contract overview tab is only for the one transaction you are viewing.  To see the other items, use the Related Transaction option (Reports> Related Contracts) to open the L-Ticket where you could then see the details of the L-Ticket. You can also turn on the Logistic-Out and Logisitc-In columns to see that these lines were Logisticized.  To learn how more about columns within the contract, see our article Contract Columns.

To see a full item overview, see the Contract Fulfillment Overview (in the module). It is a summary of itself and all L-tickets.

If you right-click on a line item, you will have the options to Update Quantity Counts, Add Items to Contract, and Sell Missing or Damaged Items.
