Map Point Balloon Customization

The information displayed in the title and body of the balloons that appear above each stop on the map screens can be user-defined. The Default Value is Contract Number as the Title and Customer Name, Arrival Time, DP Status, Delivery Company, Contract, Phone, and Latitude/Longitude as the balloon body.

Default Optimize

Allows you to optimize the driver’s routes, (Chronological, Shortest Distance, or Reverse). You have the option of choosing the order of the driver’s routes will be view on the map.

a.  Shortest Distance – will route based on the fastest drive time.

b.  Chronological – will route based on the stop times.

c.  Reverse Distance – will route based on last stop to the first stop.

New Balloon Choices

Top Dollar Item Name is the name of the highest Sell or Purchase Priced Rental Item on a contract. Top Quantity Item Name is the name of the rental item that has the most quantity on a contract.

Other Balloon Choices

Contract Type, Contract Operation, Contract #, Customer Name, Arrival Time, Delivery/Pickup Status, Company Contract, Phone, Latitude, and Longitude.
