Notification Messages
This allows the user to set up custom messages that are sent with notifications from the Notifications Tab of the contract or from a contact set up on a customer. If no specific message is defined, the default message will be sent.
To customize a message, select the desired notification from the drop down and populate the fields.
For Elite: Special fields can also be added that will pull this information directly from the contract. Not all may apply to the notification chosen. Below are a list of these special fields and a list of the notifications that can be customized.
