POR Academy UI Update - Jan 30, 2026

The POR Academy user interface will be updated in early 2026 to improve how learners access, track, and discover training content. This article explains what’s changing and how to use the new Homescreen, My Learning tab, and Catalog.

What's Changing?

The POR Academy navigation is being updated to make it easier to:

 

  • View courses you’re currently working on

  • Access completed and not-yet-started training in one place

  • Discover and enroll in new courses and learning paths

 

Homescreen

The Homescreen replaces the previous dashboard, providing quick access to your active learning.

On the Homescreen, you can:

  • View courses and learning paths that are not started or in progress. This change helps you quickly resume training without navigating through multiple menus.

       

  • Switch between courses and learning paths from a single view. 

 

The New "My Learning" Tab

The My Learning tab displays all enrolled content, regardless of completion status.

 

From My Learning, you can:

  • View not started, in progress, and completed courses

  • Use tabs to switch between Courses and Learning Paths


 

The Catalog

The Catalog is where you can browse and discover all available courses and learning paths in the POR Academy.

 

In the Catalog, you can:

  • Search or browse available training

  • Hover over or select a course to view details

  • Choose Start Now to begin immediately or Enroll to take the course later

 

 

To find learning paths, use the Content Type drop-down and select Learning Path.
