POR Academy Manager Role
This document explains how to complete the following tasks as a manager in POR Academy:

Enrolling your team in courses

From the left menu on your dashboard, select Enrollments.
- Select the course(s) you want to enroll the learner(s) in.

Select Enroll in the lower right corner.
Tracking course completion
You can track course completion by going to the user profile and viewing course enrollments or running reports on course completion.
Viewing course enrollments from the User screen
You can view what courses a specific user is currently enrolled in and which courses they have completed from the User screen.

From your left menu, select Users.

Search for and select the user.

Select the Enrollments tab at the top of the screen. This screen will allow you to view enrolled and completed courses.
Running reports on course enrollments and completion
LearnUpon has several useful reports available to track course enrollment and completion. These include the Course Status Report and Course History Report.
Course Status Report: An overview of enrollment statuses within specified courses.
Course History Report: An overview of enrollment statuses for a specified user.
Follow the steps below to run the report:

Select Reports from the left menu.

Select either Course Status or Course History.

Set the relevant filters, including Report Type and Dates.

In the lower right-hand corner, select how you would like to run the report: Run Report, Export to Excel, or Export to PDF.
Sending Messages
If you’re a manager you can send message to groups that you manage. Follow the steps below to learn how.
Please note that messages can only be sent to a group. Messages CANNOT be sent to individual users.

In the top-right corner, press the Mail icon.

Select New Message (in green).

In the “To” field, search for the group that you manage and select it from the dropdown. In the image below “group” was searched.

Enter a Subject and a Message. When you’re ready press “Send” located in the bottom-left corner.
- Your learners will see the notification appear on the Mail icon.
Self Registration Form
- You can go to POR Academy or the uLearn log in page and click on the Signup button on the bottom left-side.
2. Once selected, it will take you to a Google form. Fill out each section before submitting.
3. Click Submit.
4. Please reach out to your Project Manager to request that your account be configured with Manager-level access.
