This article shows you how to send a message to your operators using the POR One Mobile App.
Send a Message
1. From the Mobile App, click on the Messaging icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. From here you can look at existing messages and group conversations that you have. You can create a new one by clicking on the ‘new’ icon on the lower or upper right-hand side.
3. You can share photos, videos, and files from a message by clicking the Attachment icon next to the message body.
4. When you add more than two people to a group message, a Group Chat name is required.
