Service Call - On-Site Service

For items with maintenance frequencies set to “Days on Rent”, or that have been put on rent with a pending maintenance frequency, an IMO can be created with/or modified for an “On-site” service by checking the box in the IMO. This allows the IMO to integrate with our award-winning Dispatch Center with available GPS integration so a mechanic or a driver can complete the IMO in the field.
