Contract History Reports




Overview
 

This program produces reports about customers and items based on information retrieved from historical contracts. The program must read every record in the Contract History file, find those that meet the selected criteria, then sort the result. Therefore, the time required to produce the report will depend on how many contracts are currently contained in the file. 



Here's how to get there:
Expert: Program Menu > Contract History Reports
Elite: Right Menu > Searchbar


 

Note: In Elite, as there is no Contract History Reports menu, each type of report can be found by clicking the table icon and then scrolling or typing out the name in the search bar.
 

Note: Only those contracts that have been moved to history will be reported. Any active contracts (i.e. Open, Reservation or non-fully paid) will not be reported. 

 

You will be asked to select the type of report from a menu as follows:
