Customer Extraction by Contract Report

Overview
 

This option allows you to export a listing of customers’ information that has the selected type of contract within the time range specified. This would be used to send follow-up emails or surveys to the customers who rented from you within that time.


Here's how to get there:
Expert: Program Menu > Marketing Reports > Customer Extraction by Contract
Elite: Right Menu > Customer Extraction by Contract

1. Select your report beginning and ending dates.

2. Select your report Group By parameters.
 

3. Select which store, or have all stores, to populate on the report.

4. Once finished, select Generate. The report will look like the following sample report:
