Address Extraction Report

This option allows you to export a listing of customers’ addresses into a comma-delimited file, Microsoft Excel, or do your own mail merge function. This document will show you how to generate the Address Extraction Report.


Here's how to get there:
Expert: Program Menu > Marketing Reports > Address Extraction
Elite: Right Menu > Address Extraction



Address Extraction Report
 

1. Choose the criteria for the report. You can run the report based on payment type, customer type, income, and last active date. 
 

2. Once you have your selection criteria set, click Generate. Your report will look like the following:
 

3. Once the report is displayed on the screen, you can email or export and save the report. 

• To email, click the email button (the envelope icon in the top left corner highlighted in blue).
• To export, click the Export Button (picture with a right-angle arrow at the top of the screen). You can then choose the format of the export such as Excel, Word, comma-delimited, etc. Select the location for the file and save.
