Customer Group
Overview
With Customer Group, you can establish custom groups to sort your customers.
How to get there:
Expert: Program Menu > Configurations > Customer Configurations > Customer Groups
Elite: Gear icon > App Configurations > Customer Configurations > Customer Groups
Customer Groups allows you to group customers based on the group titles you establish. You can set up anything that you would like to use to group customers such as Out of State, New Construction, Remodel, etc.
1. Select Add.
2. Enter a group description and any notes.
3. Select OK.
4. To remove the Customer Group, click on the line description, and check the box to make it inactive.
