.NET Core 10.0 (2026) Requirements:
In keeping aligned with current Windows software, for updating to 2026, .NET Core 10.0 is a requirement.  This can be resolved by verifying the system is current on its Windows updates or by contacting your IT department.

Unified Storefront | Product Identifier Now Visible on Product Pages:

We’ve added a new product identifier to each product detail page to make it easier to trace and verify items between your online catalog and your Elite system.  This identifier matches the product’s ID in your rental software, helping your team quickly confirm catalog accuracy, troubleshoot sync issues, and provide faster support when managing your online inventory.

Unified Storefront | Delivery Requests Now Supported at Checkout:

Customers can now request delivery directly during checkout in Unified Storefront. Stores can configure how delivery options appear — disabling delivery, allowing entry of a new address only, or letting customers choose between their saved address and a new one.  This enhancement makes it easier for consumers to communicate delivery needs up front, while giving stores more flexibility and control over how delivery options are offered online.

Choose the Number of Bank Deposit Slip Copies in Account Payments:
When you choose to print a Bank Deposit Slip after making Account Payments, we’ll now ask how many copies you want. It defaults to 2 (so your muscle memory still works), but you can pick just 1 and save a tree or 5 and make the Lorax cry.

QuickBooks Online: Support for Class Sub-Classes:
You can now organize QBO classes with parent-child sub-classes right from the Account Numbers screen.  In the class field, simply denote the subclass after the main class (Ex. Store 1:Burbank). We’ll correctly recognize the header class and its sub-class and carry them through the integration across AR Invoices, Sales > Expenses (POs), and Journal Entries—making your reporting cleaner and your class structure far less chaotic.

Permission-Based Access for Add Repairs as Improvement:
The Add Repairs as Improvement option in IROs from the Tools menu now respects your security settings instead of being hard-coded to certain roles. Only users granted the appropriate permission will see and use it.

QuikLink Emails: Speak Your Customer’s Language:
We have added a language selector to the email screen.  It will auto-fill it from your print screen choice or it can be manually set.  This ensures system-generated text is translated for your customer. Key phrases like Verification Link, Web Payment Link, Click Here to eSign, and Click Here to Review Your Order now match the language selected so that there are no longer incongruous, untranslated phrases in an email.

Delivery Checklist Intermittently Not Allowing You Finish and Capture Signature:

We fixed an issue where the final item in a delivery checklist could remain stuck as incomplete, blocking the customer signature step. Checklists now correctly update after the last item is done, so you can proceed straight to the signature without backtracking.

Memory Lane Monday: This is a fun corner where we republish release notes from previous sprints you may have forgotten about.

Closed Contract Mods - Transaction File:  If you have closed contract mods turned on, you will no longer be able to reopen the contract by changing the ‘Stat’ field in the transaction file. This has unintended consequences for integrations and in the database itself.

Closed Contract Mods - Taxable:  If you have closed contract mods turned on and in one of the modifications, the contract is made nontaxable/taxable, you will be warned that the action has already been taken and will not allow the tax status to be modified in the same way again.
