Record360: Record360 users can now configure their Point of Rental System to automatically email a CSV to Record360 to facilitate the update of their items. Users are given a choice of using the item key, item number, part number, or serial number and should choose the main identifier they use in Record360. Once this is selected, an automatic report can be set up to email at the desired interval. It should be set to email to the email address provided by Record360 to send these csv files to. Additionally, Record360 can be accessed from the item record. If a user without a Record360 account tries to access it, they will be taken to a demo URL for more information.

Closed Contract / Work Order Notifications: When an express or normal contract or work order contract was closed, the closed notifications were not sent when someone was set to receive them on the transaction. Now, they will.

Browser Search: We have enhanced the ranking of search results through the browser search to improve the search experience and usability.
Serial Number in Contract Processing: Serial Numbers is now a column option in the contract processing screen. For more information on how to display or hide columns, see our article Contract Columns.
POR Pay Refund to Different ‘CC’ Security Setting: This security setting allows a user to refund a card other than what was originally taken and to refund more than the amount originally charged. It has been in place for Cayan Legacy users and is now available for POR Pay users.
Enhanced Column Selector: We have added some enhancements to make moving column selections easier. Right-clicking on a column in the column modification screen will give the option to move the column to the top or the bottom. Holding ‘ctrl’ down and highlighting a column will allow the user to move the column up and down using the page up/down keys. Holding ‘ctrl’ down and clicking on the column will allow the user to drag and drop the column into the desired position. For more information on updating columns, see our article Contract Columns.
Operator Edit: It was discovered that operator changes made in the browser UI were not writing to the operator edit and was amended so that they will also now record.
Corrupted Esign Documents: Occasionally, you may have a signed eSign document that becomes corrupted on the server. When this happens, you can go into transaction edit, right-click on the signed edit, and re-download the signed document.
POR One
These are updates for Elite users utilizing the POR One app.
Contract Info: The Contract Information is now available to mobile users who are viewing a Contract on the Details page of One. This also includes the Line Item' (line-level) comments for each item on the contract where a note was made in Elite.
Item Status: To help further manage your equipment, the Details page in POR One of a Stock item now shows the Item Status which is synced in real-time with Elite.

This is a fun corner where we republish release notes from previous sprints you may have forgotten about.
Desired Deposit: A customer asks for a quote. You gladly send it to them, but you want to make sure they know how much deposit to pay. Better yet, you send him the quote along with a link for WebPay. How can you tell him you want a $200 deposit? Well now you simply fill in the desired deposit on the contract processing screen. The printed contract will show the desired deposit (quotes and reservations) and whether it has been met (reservations only).
Double-click on the column header for Auto Continuation list of contracts to select or deselect all: You have started your Auto-Continuation process, clicked the “Select” button, and up-pops the list of contracts to continue. You can now do what the lead-in says, double-click on the column header to select or deselect all. Got some deja vu going on here.
