POR One | Manage Rental Workflows from Start to Finish

Clock In and Start a Route
- Tap Time Clock from the POR One home screen.
- Select your store location and role, if applicable.
- Tap Punch In.
- Tap Routes to see assigned routes.
- Select a route assigned to you under “My Routes.”
- Tap Start Route, confirm the prompt.
- View route details, including stop order, item info, and times.
Perform a Delivery Using Condition Checks
- Tap On the Way to indicate travel to the delivery location.
- Tap Arrived once you reach the stop.
- Tap Start Checkout Task.
- For each item:
- Select serialized units, if applicable.
- Take photos to document current condition.
- Record meter readings or notes (e.g., leave a manual).
- Mark the item as Delivered.
- For bulk items:
- Use Quick Check to confirm or adjust quantities.
- Tap Complete Checklist once all items are processed.
- Tap Yes to proceed to signature collection.
- Tap Complete Delivery.
- Add optional call logs for notes on the delivery.
Complete a Pickup and Ready Tag Inspection
- Pick up items using the same route process.
- After return, yard personnel access Ready Tags.
- Tap an item in the Ready Tag list (oldest appears first).
- Tap Begin Inspection.
- Take photos of returned condition.
- Complete the checklist.
- Tap Mark as Ready.
- If item fails:
- Tap Fail Item and optionally create a work order (if licensed).
Use Pre-Check for Upcoming Rentals
- Tap Pre-Check from the home screen.
- Review contracts for today, tomorrow, and the next day.
- Identify serialized items requiring prep.
- Serialized units may be assigned directly at the contract level. However, this circumvents checklist and image capture and should be avoided when condition tracking is critical.
- Select the item on the contract.
- Take photos for pre-delivery condition.
- Ensure the item is assigned to the contract.
Track Work Orders and Perform Maintenance
For Basic Users
- Tap Work Orders → Assignments.
- Select a work order assigned to you.
- Tap Start Labor Tracking.
- Take before/after photos.
- Update status to reflect work progress.
- Add comments or adjust time manually.
- Tap Complete Labor Tracking.
For Advanced Users
- Edit Complaint, Cause, Correction fields.
- Tap Add Part to search and pull inventory.
- Create Work Orders from:
- Inventory item screen
- Customer profile (for customer-owned items)
- Failed Ready Tag
- Note: Closing work orders must be done in Elite.
NOTE: POR One Advanced can modify work orders. POR One Basic cannot.
Sync Offline Photos and Handle Upload Failures
- If an image does not turn green, it hasn’t uploaded yet.
- Tap Settings → Image Uploads.
- Tap Sync Images. POR One will upload 5 at a time.
- Photos are stored locally and will upload once connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

- Tap the record (contract, item, or route) to share.
- Tap Share → Start New Conversation.
- Select the team member and send.
- The recipient opens the record directly in POR One.

- What happens if I forget to clock in using Labor Tracking?
You can manually log actual hours worked before submitting.
- Can I complete a route without completing a stop?
Yes, but a dispatcher must reopen the stop for it to be completed later.
- Do I need a separate license for Time Clock in POR One?
No, but you need a POR One or Mobile User license and must enable it under Mobile Permissions.
- What if my Ready Tag fails?
Create a work order (if advanced licensed) or mark the item Not Ready in Elite.
- How do I know who failed a Ready Tag and why?
Review the item file in Elite or open the Ready Tag task in POR One to see the user, timestamp, and notes.
