Feature Description
The Driver Fulfillment feature in POR One provides a mobile interface for drivers to manage deliveries and pickups of rental equipment. Actions in POR One sync directly with the Elite Fulfillment Module’s Transport Out and Transport In, eliminating manual data entry and streamlining fulfillment from the driver’s perspective. Real-time updates ensure dispatchers and warehouse teams have current visibility on fulfillment progress.
Pre-requisites
-
POR One Application - Drivers must have the POR One mobile app version 2025.11 or newer installed.
-
Licensing - Driver Fulfillment is a POR One Basic user license feature (available to both Basic and Advanced users). This feature depends on the Routes permission in POR One.
-
Elite Fulfillment Module - You must be licensed for the Elite Fulfillment Module.
-
Configuration (Elite version) - Elite must be on version 2025.11 or newer. An administrator will then enable the settings described in the Configuration section.
-
Route Assignment - Routes with associated delivery or pickup stops must be assigned to drivers in POR One using the Dispatch Center in Elite.
-
Item Files with Pictures (Optional but Recommended) - Upload item pictures to the item file in Elite to enhance on-site identification during fulfillment.

More Information / FAQ
Why are my fulfilled items disappearing from the list? Is this a bug?
No. Fulfilled items are hidden by default to help you focus on remaining tasks. Toggle Show Completed to view all items, including fulfilled ones.
Why do some items stay on my list after I’ve acted on them?
If an item is partially fulfilled (e.g., delivered 50 of 100 or picked up less than required), it remains In Progress to indicate more action is needed for that line item.
Can I filter the items I need to fulfill or pick up?
Yes. Use the Department Filter on delivery and pickup screens to narrow the list to a specific department.
What’s the difference between Count and Eyeball on a pickup?
Count records an exact quantity. Eyeball records acceptance without precise counting, which is suitable for bulk items (e.g., linens). Most companies perform detailed counts later during the Prep In stage.
How does this feature benefit the Dispatch Center?
Completing a stop in Driver Fulfillment automatically updates the 'Stop Completed' status in the Dispatch Center, providing real-time route visibility and aiding in resource management.
Does this feature replace the Elite Fulfillment Module?
No. Driver Fulfillment syncs with the Elite Fulfillment Module. This is the first step in modernizing mobile fulfillment from the legacy Mobile Workforce app to the native POR One app. Additional fulfillment actions will be added to POR One in the future.
