Point of Rental Purchase Order
Once the parts are ordered, Point of Rental® Software automatically creates a purchase order to track the parts
•Once the purchase order is created in Point of Rental®, follow the default functionality to receive the parts into Point of Rental® Software inventory.
•Parts are added at the company level but can be received to the store where the work order resides
•Search for the purchase order in Point of Rental
The Point of Rental purchase order lists the ordered item
•The Point of Rental work order also has the part added
Header Records - Purchase orders can now be created with a header record (based on a new application setting). If the part does not exist, a header will be created rather than the store bulk record. This change aligns SmartEquip created PO's with the design of the Purchase Order program (streamlines new parts being added reducing steps and errors).
