Helping You Help Your Customers
Elite Cloud File Storage
Files (attachments, instructions, pictures) are moving from your server to cloud storage, accessible via a new File Management menu with its own security controls.
Missing & Damaged Contracts
Migration happens in groups; watch for your email notification the day before your store is migrated. A new Create M&D button on the fulfillment tab lets you generate a linked Missing & Damaged contract directly from rental count discrepancies, keeping items out of availability and streamlining post-rental workflows.

Your Ideas — Delivered!
✅ Use Quote Expiration Date Throughout the Program
A new ‘Days for Quote Valid’ parameter lets you set a specific expiration window for every quote. The expiration date is now shown clearly on the contract, so customers always know the deadline.
✅ Color-Coded Logistics Calendar for Delivery Capacity
Dispatchers can now mark days as Soft Hold (yellow) or No Availability (red) on a new calendar view in the dispatch center. Sales reps see these color cues when scheduling deliveries, reducing overbooking conflicts.
Mobile Updates
Ready Tag: IRO/IMO/ISO Status in POR One
The Ready Tag endpoint now passes IRO, IMO, and ISO status to POR One so yard staff can see which units truly need inspection. This reduces confusion when items fail in Not Ready and move to IRO. No configuration changes required.
Payments Updates
Stranded Card Charges Resolved at End of Day
EOD now handles stranded credit card charges by writing an Unverified credit to the customer account for the matched amount, referencing the contract. No more calls to support just to close out the day.
ACH Payments for Consumer Portal
ACH via Stripe is now available on the Consumer Portal, giving your customers the option to pay with bank routing information instead of a credit card. Contact sales to enable this feature for your account.
eCommerce Updates
Auto-Convert Quotes to Reservations from Consumer Portal
Submitted quotes can now automatically convert to reservations in Elite from the Consumer Portal, eliminating manual steps. Eligible quotes become reservations; ineligible quotes remain as quotes. Requires enabling the setting in Elite.
Technical Updates
Operator Record Enhancements in Browser
Operator setup and security can now be managed entirely in the browser, including Core Employee Info, per-operator Max Price Change limits, and expanded search filters such as hire date, cash drawer, and more.
Elite BI Reporting Improvements
Three BI enhancements landed this quarter: The Transactions view adds a Source field; a new TransEditSummary view enables contract-edit reporting by batch and operator; and TransactionData now includes Operator Created and Operator Assigned fields for better activity attribution.
Quote API Expiration Dates
When quotes are created via Unified Storefront or POR One, the API sets expiration dates to the contracts based on the quote expiration settings in parameters, just as it would for a quote created in the counter system.
Contracts API GET/POST/PATCH Support
The contracts endpoint now supports GET/POST/PATCH for the operation field and validates that the chosen operation is valid for the contract type, returning clear errors for mismatches. A lookup endpoint exposes all user‐defined operations for selection.
