Multi-select and unlocked filters on Items for Vendor when building POs

The Items for Vendor grid now includes a Select checkbox column to allow users greater control over which items get added to a Purchase Order. The action button updates to Add Selected Items to PO when boxes are checked; otherwise, it reverts to the original behavior. Selecting multiple items will also suppress quantity/price prompts and default to a quantity of one when no reorder quantity exists.

Ready Status column and filter in Item Search (browser)

A Ready Status column and filter were added in browser-based Item Search so you can quickly view Ready, Not Ready, or Not Set items. This helps you focus on items needing attention and build targeted lists.

Payments Updates

Billing Address Now Used for POR Pay

When a customer's billing address exists, POR Pay will now use it for the credit card charge. If no billing address is on file, the main customer address is used. This helps reduce card declines caused by zip code mismatches.

No Payment QuikLinks on Unverified Transactions

Emails and SMS for unverified transactions no longer include a payment QuikLink, helping prevent unintended payments on unconfirmed contracts. On the print screen, QuikLink options are disabled when a contract is unverified or when multiple contracts are selected. The print screen title will also now show the contract number and unverified status to keep you informed.

QuikLinks Stay Valid When Quotes Become Reservations

When a quote becomes a reservation, Elite now notifies Consumer Portal so the payment QuikLink continues to point to the correct contract. Customers can keep using the same link without errors, reducing support calls. No action is required for existing links.

📖 QuikLink Overview (Elite Only).

Cayan-CEDP Compliant

Elite now sends full line-item details — description, quantity, and line total — to Cayan/CDP in the payload. This helps transactions pass new data validation and may reduce additional fees across both legacy Cayan and POR Pay integrations.

End of Day — Stranded Card Charges Become Unverified Credits

End of Day now handles stranded credit card charges by writing a credit to the customer account for the matched amount and marking it Unverified, so you can complete EOD without a call to support and reconcile the next day. The credit will also reference the contract it was created for, so it can be easily applied the next day. Refund imbalances or non-matching amounts continue to follow existing EOD behavior and will require a call to support.

eCommerce Updates

Ask AI from the Item Page in Elite

There is now an Ask AI prompt from the Item page in the Elite browser view. Once an item is selected in the search list, it will display on the left with a green Ask AI button. The prompt includes the make, model, year, and a list of preset questions or a free-type field. This is useful when searching for common troubleshooting steps or details when working on a piece of equipment.

📖 Item AI

Language-aware Text QuikLink Sending from the Print Screen

The SMS Text screen now includes a language selector that preloads the language chosen on the Print screen, making it faster to send localized messages. When you send a message containing {CONTRACTQUICKLINK}, the link is generated and translated to the language selected at send time.

View Videos and Manuals on Product Detail Pages

Customers can open training videos and manuals pulled from Elite directly from the product detail page. Videos and documents open in a new tab and render cleanly on desktop and mobile. If no media is available, the page remains clean with no empty sections.

💡 Heads-up: Attach the desired content to item records in Elite to make it available online.

Phone-Based Verification Fallback for Consumer Portal

If email codes do not arrive, consumers can request an SMS verification code using phone numbers from your RMS contact data. This helps more users complete registration or password resets and reduces support cases, with audit logs captured for compliance; verified employees can manage phone numbers in their admin panel.

💡 Heads-up: Review who can manage contact data and verification settings. This may require role/permission updates.

Used Equipment Marked "Not For Sale" Now Hides Automatically

When you mark a used equipment item as not for sale in Elite, Unified Storefront now hides it from shoppers after the next import. This helps prevent stale listings and keeps your catalog accurate without manual cleanup.

Suggested Items Display Correctly on Product Pages

Suggested items configured in Elite now appear on the Unified Storefront product detail page as expected. This helps you promote complementary rentals and increase basket size, while excluding closed or ineligible items. No action required.

Choose Whether Slideshow CTAs Open in a New Tab

You can now choose per slide whether a slideshow Call to Action link opens in a new browser tab, while keeping the current behavior by default. This helps keep shoppers on your storefront when linking to external sites.

💡 Heads-up: Set this option on each slide in your slideshow settings.

Improvements to Used Equipment Listings

Used equipment detail pages now provide clearer, more complete information. Pages display Model Name, Model Number, Model Year, Manufacturer, and Item Key when available. Listings now prioritize photos tied to the specific stock unit, with the product-level photo shown as a fallback.

Custom Messages When Pricing Is Hidden

You can now configure a plain-text message to display when pricing is hidden on product pages and in the cart. This applies when pricing is hidden at the item or category level and is configured in Front End settings (may require role/permission update). This helps set clear expectations for customers without exposing rates.

Unified Storefront — Display ItemKey for Rental Items on Product Pages

You can now see the ItemKey on the Product Display Page for rental items in Unified Storefront, helping you match products to the same key used in the webProducts API. The ItemKey appears under the SKU when available.

Technical Updates

DL Scanners with Cloud Bridge

Driver's license scanners can now be mapped through Cloud Bridge, eliminating the need for a VPN to maintain scanner functionality. This is part of the broader modernization efforts Elite is undergoing.

⚠️ Required: All cloud-hosted customers must move their DL scanners to the new Cloud Bridge mapping before February 13, 2026, or risk loss of functionality. Please reach out so we can create a ticket to assist you.

New Special Days API Exposes Non-Standard Store Hours

Use the new /public/api/Depots/specialDays endpoint to retrieve dates with non-standard open/close times, such as early closings or blocked delivery windows. This helps your websites and integrations present accurate availability beyond full-day holiday closures.

API — Customer Notes

You can now get, create, and update Customer Notes through the API to keep records in sync across systems.

API — New Endpoint to Adjust Stock Quantities

A new API endpoint lets you adjust stock quantities for serialized and bulk items, letting you increase or decrease counts and optionally include a count date. This helps you reconcile inventory changes from other systems.

Reliable API Paging for Contracts and Items

We fixed an issue where paging through large contract sets could return duplicates or stop early due to non-deterministic ordering. Results now use consistent sorting, so you can page through all records without missing or repeating data.

Overbooking Buffer

Configuring an overbooking buffer has been added as a way to pad the availability hours of an item based on the location where the quantity is stored. The configuration is located under Inventory Management in Elite browser configuration. When enabled, overbooking buffers exclude quantities within the configured hour thresholds and will prompt a new security override to allow overbooking. A new Overbooking Buffer column on Inventory Selection shows adjusted quantities before you reach the overbook screen.

Availability Column in Inventory Selection and Event End Date

When an event end date exists, it will now be used in the availability dates in the inventory selection screen. If no Event End Date is set, it will continue to rely on the first item on the contract.

Void Availability-Delay (rD) Contracts to Free Inventory Earlier

You can now void availability-delay (rD) contracts to release inventory before the scheduled date/time. End-of-day processing will still clean up these contracts as expected, and item availability will be updated immediately after voiding.

📖 Item Availability Delay

Operator Record Enhancements in Browser

Operator setup and security can now be managed directly in the browser operator record, reducing the need to navigate to Core. Key updates include:

  • Core Employee Info can be launched directly from the browser using the new Additional Operator Info icon (top right of the record, active in modify mode only).

  • Maximum Price Change is now configurable per operator in the browser, migrated from role-based limits, with permission-controlled access.

  • Operator search includes new filterable columns: System Number, Hire Date, Termination Date, Cash Drawer, Deposit Drawer, Max PO Amount, Max Discount, Max Price Change, Employee Number, Multi-Group, Mobile Phone, and Office Phone.

💡 Heads-up: These changes will not require security to be reset for users. Operator setup has simply been consolidated into one place.

Inventory Count Search Settings Now Persist

Your search settings in Inventory Count are now saved between sessions, so you don't have to reconfigure filters each time you return to the screen.

Quotes No Longer Appear on Statements Printed from File Maintenance

Statements printed from File Maintenance now exclude quotes — whether historical or current — so you and your customers see only billable contracts. This aligns with the customer Dashboard behavior when quotes are filtered out.

Limit Receive Action in Item Availability to Sales Items

In Item Availability, Receive Items, and Count Items actions are now enabled only for Sales – Normal, Sales – Fractional, and Sales – Parts items. These options are disabled for rental items, headers, and other types.

Re-selecting Serialized Units and Ready Tags

Re-selecting a serialized unit on a reservation no longer queues the removed unit for a Ready Tag inspection if it has not been on rent. The unit keeps its prior Ready/Not Ready state, reducing unnecessary work.

📖 Ready Tags

Payment Receipt Prompt Preselects OK for Faster Checkout

The email payment receipt screen once again preselects OK, letting you advance with Enter and move through payment steps more quickly. This restores prior behavior.

See On Hand and Sell Price Directly on the PO Grid

The PO writing grid now shows an On Hand column after Case Qty and a Sell Price column after Ext Price for faster decisions. Sell Price updates in real time when you use the right-click option to Update Sell Price on a line.

Choose Item Images Directly from File Management / S3

For cloud-hosted systems, Item File and Item Availability screens now open File Management directly when From File is selected via right-click. On S3-enabled systems, an additional From S3 option opens your S3 explorer and downloads the file in the background for import.

File Management Opens When Selecting a Logo

Selecting a logo in Parameters now opens File Management instead of the local file explorer, providing a consistent experience for cloud-hosted environments.

Open To Do Files Directly from the Maintenance Schedule and Dashboard

The ability to view To Do files in the Maintenance UI has been restored for cloud-hosted users who have recently had their files migrated to a cloud repository.

Disable Change Posting Date When Using API-Integrated Accounting

When your accounting export method is set to use an integrated API method, the Change Posting Date will be disabled in the Transactions file through File Maintenance, as this functionality is not supported in these export methods.

Raw HTML Code Removed from Day at a Glance Letters

Day at a Glance email letters no longer display raw HTML in the message body. Recipients will see clean, readable content for Verify, Reminder, and Generic letters.

Custom Translation Search Is Now Case-Insensitive

Searching Custom Translations is now case-insensitive. You can find phrases regardless of capitalization, which helps you locate and update terms faster.

Print Item Labels from Item Screen Outside File Maintenance

You can now print item labels from the Item screen (Tools > Print Label), even outside File Maintenance, to support workflows like IMOs.

💡 Heads-up: You must have a label printer configured.

Refresh Button Added to File Management

File Management now includes a Refresh button and F5 keyboard shortcut (where supported) to load the latest folders and files. This helps you see changes made in another session without reopening the app.

💡 Note: F5 may not work in all web RDP environments.

BI Income Item View Updated to Include Hours

The BI_CVW_Income_Item view now includes the Hours field for more complete income and utilization reporting. Use it to build dashboards that factor time-based activity alongside income, quantity, and TTM/YTD metrics. No action is required to enable this change.
