Move aside Syrinx Communities - We're excited to announce our new uLearn help site! This article will guide you through the features we’re most excited about as well as show you how to get you started. You do not have to assign articles. Please note to access uLearn from Syrinx you must be on version v4.40.6 or later.

uLearn offers new features to help you and your team succeed!
- Your team can now view open cases and updates from uLearn (your account must be verified).
- The help library now includes videos! You can identify videos in the search results by the "Video" tag.
- We've fine-tuned the search engine. Search results will display the most relevant articles based on the topic and keywords.
- Filter your search results!
- Find and read trending articles! You can find the Trending Articles section throughout uLearn.
- Did you find an article helpful? Or was it ..meh? Let us know by using the thumbs-up or down option feedback option on each article.
Getting to uLearn

From the User tab, select uLearn in the ribbon.
If you’re using the Old Style Main Menu, select uLearn in the User Setup Menu.
Signing up
Signing up is optional. You can access uLearn without having to log in. However, in order to use the Case Management feature, you will need to sign up and have your account verified by the Product Support team.
- Click the Sign Up link, in the bottom right corner of the login screen.
- Fill in your information and press Submit. Please use your company email address and phone number.
- Once you have submitted your information, uLearn will send you an email to create your password.
- If you already have an existing account, the email will provide you with a link to reset your password.
- If you DO NOT have an existing account, the email will confirm your registration or notify you that we have created an internal case to confirm your information. Meanwhile, you'll still be able to access helpful articles and videos. To view cases your account must be verified.
- Using the email you provided as the username, return to uLearn and log in.
Navigating uLearn
1 | Toolbar
Use the top menu bar to explore article topics and view your cases. Some navigation options may not be available until your uLearn account is verified.
2 | Search Bar
The search will use keywords to find the information you're looking for. To further narrow down your search results, use the filters.
3 | Topics
Use these options to browse through help articles or videos that relate to the topic. You can choose from Accounts, Administration, Apps/Addons, and Syrinx.
When you’re viewing an article, above the title, you can click on the topic to find other related help articles.
4 | Trending Articles
On the right-hand side throughout uLearn, you’ll see trending articles. The articles with the most amount of views will be listed.
5 | Article Feedback
Use the thumbs-up and down options to tell us how you feel about any article. This will help us identify and improve knowledge articles by telling us what we're doing great and what needs more attention.
