Welcome to uLearn!



Move aside Nethelp—We're excited to announce our new uLearn help site! This article will guide you through the features we’re most excited about and how to get started. Please note that to access uLearn from Expert/Elite, you must be on versions 2021.01 and in browser 2021.09 or later.

What's new?

uLearn offers new features to help you and your team succeed!
 

  • Your team can now view open and closed cases from uLearn Customer Portal (your account must be verified)
  • The help library now includes videos! 
  • We've fine-tuned the search engine. Search results will display the most relevant articles based on the topic and keywords.
  • The search bar will now recommend relevant articles as you type.
  • Find and read trending articles! You can find the Trending Articles section throughout uLearn. 


Getting to uLearn

Expert

  • From the Counter System > select Help from the top left > select uLearn. 

  • From the Program Menu > select Help from the top left > select uLearn

Elite

From the Elite home screen > Select the Help icon from the right menu > Select uLearn 

 

How to signup

Signing up is optional. You can access uLearn without having to log in. However, to use the Case Management feature, you will need to sign up and have your account verified by the Product Support team.
     

  1. Click View Cases, which is located in the top-right option.


  2. Click the Sign-Up link at the bottom right corner of the login screen.

 
  1. Fill in your information and press Submit. Please use your company email address and phone number. Please note that if you have an existing uLearn account, you will still need to sign up and reregister to link your old account to the new uLearn.

   
  1. Once you have submitted your information, uLearn will send an email to the email provided. 
    1. If you already have an existing account, the email will provide you with a link to reset your password.
    2. If you DO NOT have an existing account, the email will confirm your registration or notify you that we have created an internal case to confirm your information. Meanwhile, you'll still be able to access help articles and videos. To view cases your account must be verified.
 
  1. Using the email you provided as the username, return to uLearn and log in.



Navigating uLearn

 1 | Toolbar


Use the top menu bar to explore all article topics, Report Topics, Help Videos, Release Notes, and go to the uLearn Customer Portal to view your cases.



2 | Search Bar


 
Use the search bar to find help articles and videos. Once you click Enter, you will be able to see articles that have relevance to what you are looking for. 

 

Hover over the article to preview it. This will help you determine whether the has what you need.

 

 

3 | Topics

Use these options to browse through help articles or videos that relate to a topic. You can choose from Accounting, Configurations, Daily Operations, Hardware, Modules, Reports, and Security.
When you’re viewing an article, above the title, you can click on the topic to find other related help articles.  





4 | Trending Articles

On the right-hand side, throughout uLearn, you’ll see trending articles. The articles with the most amount of views will be listed.

5 | Contact Support



Contact Support:
When you need to contact us, you can click on Contact Support. You’ll be taken to a new screen where you can submit your inquiry directly to our team.
