Web Payment/Quote Notification Setup

To receive email notifications for web payment or quote notifications, follow these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Navigate to App configuration > Reports & Notifications > System Notifications.

3. Click Add, select either Web payment or Web quote received, choose your operator, and click OK.

4. In the browser dropdown, select ‘Operator’ and search for your operator.
   
      

5. Go to your operator record, click the pencil icon to modify it, and set the Default Notification to ‘Email’.

   
      

6. Finally, confirm that your email address is assigned to your operator record under the Security tab.
