Customer Commission Levels

You can assign commission levels to each customer type.

Expert: Program Menu > Configuration > Customer Configurations > Customer Commission Level
Elite: Gear icon > App Configurations > Customer Configurations > Customer Commission Level



Creating a Commission Level
 

1. To create a new commission level, select the Add button.

 

2. You will need to enter the amount of commission to be given in the appropriate columns.

Note: Marking the box inactive will remove the option to select commission level from the customer record in File Maintenance.

Assigning a Commission Level

To assign a customer a commission level:
 

1. Go the Customer Dashboard.

 

2. Select your customer. 

 

3. Select an option from the commission dropdown. This is found under the Account Information tab.
