Daily Fleet Revenue
Overview
This article will discuss the Daily Fleet Revenue report. This report shows the amount of income out on rent for the day. It can also be run for a past date. This report will average the income out over the duration of the rental. For example, an item rented for 20 days will have its income listed as 1/20 of the total revenue.
Here's how to get there
Expert: Program Menu > Analysis Reports > Income Analysis > Daily Fleet Revenue
Elite: Right Menu > Reports Icon > Daily Fleet Revenue
1. Select the date you would like to run for your report.
2. Enter your parameter values for the report.
3. Press OK.
Your report will generate like the one below:
Using your mouse, you can double click on a division and the report will expand like the following:
You can double click on a category to get more detailed information.
You can even click the blue + symbol to get a detailed drill down item report.
