POR ONE Timezone Update
For clarity, dates and times in POR ONE now include timezone abbreviations (e.g., ET, CT, MT, PT). On Route, Stop, or Contract pages, pull down to refresh after changing timezones.
Faster QuikLink Load Times
Performance improvements have significantly reduced load times for QuikLinks, speeding up access to key data.
Phone Numbers Now Persist in Signup for Customer eCommerce Accounts
Fixed an issue where phone numbers entered during account creation weren’t syncing to Elite. They’re now properly retained.
Get Your Serialized Units Ready for bidadoo Sale
Elite inventory managers dealing with serialized units can quickly initiate the selling process with bidadoo. A new 'Sell with bidadoo' option on serialized item records pulls relevant item details into a pre-populated form. You can even add extra information before sending. Don't worry, we'll make sure you haven't forgotten key details like the Manufacturer or Model before letting you send it off. Once submitted, an Item Edit note confirms the 'Bidadoo Request Submitted', keeping your records tidy. For more information, see our article bidadoo Estimate.
Adjust Estimated Arrival Times on the Map
Ever feel like your mapping system doesn't know about that surprise marathon or sudden traffic jam? Now, dispatchers can easily adjust the estimated arrival times for stops directly in the Map & Grid feature. This allows you to account for real-world delays and keep your routes running smoothly, even when Bing Maps is clueless about local festivities. You can adjust specific stops; subsequent stops on the route will automatically update their times accordingly. It's like giving your map a crystal ball, but you're holding it!
Check-in/out Tasks Weren't Progressing
Previously, check-in/out tasks only updated to 'In Progress' after all sub-tasks were completed. Now, progress is shown after a single sub-task starts or notes are added, ensuring proper updates.
Loading Fixed for Check-in/out
Some drivers experienced an infinite loading screen when attempting to generate check-in or check-out tasks for deliveries and pickups. This issue has been resolved, allowing drivers to generate tickets without delay.
Supercharge Your Item Data Automatically
We've enhanced the Item Supercharger feature to be even smarter! It now uses the item name as a description to better understand what it's looking for. Plus, it can pull specific technical specifications like Length, Height, Width, Cubic Size, Weight, GVWR, and Fuel Tank Size from its data sources. If you update specs and this information is available, it will automatically populate those fields on your item records, saving you manual data entry time.
See "Sold" Assets Clearly on the Customer Portal
Good news for your customers using the Customer Portal! We've updated the status display for contract line items. Previously, sold assets might have shown a status that could be confused with rentals. Now, items marked as sold will display a "Sold" status. This eliminates confusion and provides customers with accurate information about their purchased items directly on the portal.
Track Who Marked Items Ready in POR One
For users managing item readiness via Ready Tags in POR One, we've added a helpful detail: the operator who marked an item as ready or not ready is now recorded in the Item Edit history. This makes it easier to track who performed status changes, which is super useful if you need to follow up or have questions about a particular item's readiness status. This tracking already worked when the status was flipped in Elite.
Keep Your Venue, Even If It Shares an Address
Previously, our system got a little *too* helpful. If you selected a venue with the same address as your customer, it would sometimes decide you didn't need that venue listed and remove it. This was particularly frustrating for those of you using the 'Force Venue' feature! We've corrected this behavior. Now, when 'Force Venue' is enabled, the venue you select will stick around, even if the address matches the customer's, ensuring your records reflect exactly where the job is happening. No more disappearing venues!
Admin: Default Store for Multi-Contract Payments
Admins can now define a default store for payments spanning multiple contracts. This standardizes MID routing and simplifies reconciliation.
Account Creation Logic Improved
Entering placeholders like "NA" in the optional Company Name field no longer overrides personal names. Individual accounts now retain correct first/last name details.
Unified Multi-Store Website Beta Launch
The closed beta for our Unified Multi-Store Website is live for select Elite customers. This includes:
-
Multi-location support
-
A refreshed catalog and checkout experience
-
New Web Manager tools for streamlined site management
Elite Meets Unified: Multi-Store Alignment
We've aligned Elite’s multi-store logic with USF, including accurate location-based pricing and availability, and improved store switching UX.
Improved “Check Nearby Stores” Display
Enhanced UI for nearby store availability—making it easier for customers to compare stock and distance across locations.
“Find Nearby Stores” Accuracy Restored
Resolved a bug preventing accurate availability from showing. Real-time inventory is now correctly displayed for nearby store lookups.
Real-Time Availability + Smart Suggestions
Customers now see real-time availability and receive automated suggestions for related items - boosting convenience and average order value.
Admins can control which items/categories trigger suggestions.
Ongoing Multi-Store Beta Enhancements
General performance, UX, and stability improvements based on feedback from early testers.
Accurate Overbook Warnings
The cart page now correctly reflects overbook scenarios across stores, avoiding false warnings or missed alerts.
Item Availability on Storefront
Availability indicators are now visible to customers directly on the storefront, supporting better decision-making.
Consistent Multi-Store Availability Data
Improved availability syncing across locations ensures customers get the right info when browsing multi-store inventories.
Multi-Select Suggested Items
Elite users can now define “one-of” groups for suggested items, which is ideal for scenarios like choosing one free attachment.
Pre-Checked Suggested Items
Support added for auto-selecting commonly bundled or recommended items in the cart (with opt-out flexibility).
Clarified Quote vs. Reservation Messaging
Checkout now includes a modal confirmation to clarify whether the user is submitting a quote request or a reservation. There is a configuration to control this under Front End Configuration.
Memory Lane Monday
This is a fun corner where we republish release notes from previous sprints you may have forgotten about.
Ready Tags: *waves paper tags in the air* Hey! You there. Want to see an item's ready tag status without having to walk out into the yard? Of course you do. Luckily for you, we locked a project manager and a handful of developers in a room with snack-size bags of Doritos and a hamster water dispenser until they figured it out. In the Options tab of a header record for true serialized inventory (non-bulk), there is a drop-down that will stipulate whether an item is ‘Ready,’ ‘Not Ready,’ or not considered when a serialized item is returned. All units in a status of ‘Not Ready’ are then available in the ‘Ready Tag’ section of POR One to be easily managed by your shop staff. Once they are put into a status of ‘Ready’ that will update the item status in Elite and allow it to fall back through the status library to become ‘Available’, ‘Reserved’, etc. There is additional functionality that allows for the change of the status from within Elite and how it interacts with availability delay contracts. For more information, see our article Ready Tags.
Images from POR One: Serialized items showed images from POR One from all of the serialized items associated with their header in their attachments, making it very hard to identify the valid images for an item. We updated this so that now only the serialized unit’s images from POR One will appear in its attachments.
