| We are listening! Items with this label are a result of your suggestions in uInnovate. Please continue to share and support those ideas that help your business. | |
| Items with this label are features that may require adjustments to security or configuration and may have implications for your operations or current workflows. We recommend reading these and understanding the impact prior to updating. |
Purchase Orders: Enter Quantities Directly in Items for Vendor Grid:
You can now type the quantity to order directly into a new Order column, replacing the old Select checkbox. For Use Min/Max, Dynamic, or Replacement selections, the Order field pre-fills from reorder values and rounds up to full case quantities. The All Vendor Items selection leaves the field blank allowing users to order based on parameters outside of the reorder logic.
Elite API: Added Version Field to Work Order Endpoint:
The Work Order endpoint now exposes the Version (Revision) field so you can reliably fetch the latest version without relying on date columns. This simplifies integrations and reduces error-prone sorting logic.
Item Vendor Updates: Prompt to Apply Changes to All Serialized Units:
When you update fields on the Item header’s Vendor tab or mark the header inactive, Elite now prompts you to apply the change to all serialized units. If you choose Yes, Elite updates all serialized records; if you choose No, only the header changes.
Day at a Glance (Quotes): Add Quote Expiration Date Column:
You can add Quote Expiration Date as a column on the Day at a Glance Quotes tab. Sort, filter, show, hide, and save this column to plan follow-ups more efficiently.
Salesman Commission Enhanced Report: Show and Calculate with 2 Decimals:
The Enhanced Salesman Commission report now calculates and displays commissions to two decimal places instead of one. This improves accuracy and may slightly change reported amounts due to correct rounding.
Contract-Params-MC: Remove Optional Grouping to Improve Performance:
We removed the Optional grouping from this contract to streamline processing and improve speed. The Optional group no longer appears in the UI, reducing complexity. Review any saved workflows or user guidance that referenced this grouping.
Memory Lane Monday: This is a fun corner where we republish release notes from previous sprints you may have forgotten about.
Automatic Report Selection Criteria: The selection criteria for automatic reports have been extended for SQL users past the 255 characters constrained in a JET db. As a reminder, selection criteria can now be extracted from any crystal report generated to the screen by selecting the appropriate export icon at the top left. This makes it very easy to set up an automatic report that has just what you’re looking for.
Get Your Serialized Units Ready for bidadoo Sale
Elite inventory managers dealing with serialized units can quickly initiate the selling process with bidadoo. A new 'Sell with bidadoo' option on serialized item records pulls relevant item details into a pre-populated form. You can even add extra information before sending. Don't worry, we'll make sure you haven't forgotten key details like the Manufacturer or Model before letting you send it off. Once submitted, an Item Edit note confirms the 'Bidadoo Request Submitted', keeping your records tidy. For more information, see our article bidadoo Estimate.
