Force Job Site/Venue on a Delivery/Pickup Contract
Depending on your rental company's processes, it may be useful to enforce the entry of a job-site/venue on a delivery or pickup contract. This feature is helpful if you use a Samasa integration and have implemented custom geofencing on job sites in Samsara for tracking when trucks arrive or depart. This feature helps avoid potential errors that occur when addresses need to be manually typed each time.

Setup
This configuration is set in browser configurations and is located within the Transaction Configuration section. When enabled, it will be enabled for every store within the company.
Contract Flag
Once this is enabled, a contract marked for delivery or pickup will be required to enter a job site/venue before it can be saved. This will be true whether the delivery or pickup is set when the contract is first written or when it is later modified and delivery/pickup is added. It will not affect closed, completed, or review billing contracts.
If the job site/venue has not been assigned, the flag will pop up when the user hits ‘OK.’
When this configuration is enabled, users cannot modify addresses on logistics tickets or through Edit Stop details. It will just pull the address details from the job site/venue so that there is no unintentional misalignment. The address fields on the contract will also be read-only so that they cannot be overwritten.
