How to Assign a Credit Card Device to a Workstation

Need to assign a CAYAN credit card device to a workstation?  No problem.  Remember, CAYAN Genius devices can be shared with multiple workstations. 

1. From the workstation you desire to assign a CAYAN credit card device, log into the Point of Rental program.
2. Open Counter System and login with your operator ID.
3. In the upper left corner, click Tools > Print Setup.

1. From the Printer Selection window, click the Advanced tab.
2. At the bottom, click the drop-down next to VeriFone Terminal and select the appropriate CAYAN Genius device.

1. Click the OK button to exit. If you are prompted whether you want to update the default user profile, click No.
