Overview

The POR One and Record360 integration embeds Record360’s custom inspection checklists directly into the POR One mobile workflow.

Instead of using a generic Ready Tag inspection list, you complete customized, compliance-driven inspections inside POR One. This is especially useful for specialized or frequently rented equipment, such as aerial lifts.

Requirements and Getting Started

To use this integration, your organization must have:

• A POR One Basic license

• A Record360 subscription

• POR One version 2025.17.1 or later

• Permissions enabled for:

  • The Ready Tag workflow

  • Record360 inside Elite

If you do not see Record360 options, confirm licensing and permissions in Elite.

Set Up User Access

User access to the Record360 integration is managed by granting permissions to POR One users through mobile permissions inside Elite.

To grant access:

1. Open Elite.

2. Navigate to User Mobile Permissions.

3. Enable permissions for:

   • Ready Tag workflow

   • Record360 access

Once permissions are enabled, the Record360 inspection options become available in POR One.

Access Record360 Inspections

Once enabled, you have three primary ways to access Record360 inspections within POR One.

Option 1: Ad Hoc Access (Home Screen)

Use this option for non-inventory-specific checklists and tasks.

1. Open the POR One Home Screen.

2. Launch Record360 directly.

Option 2: Inventory Item Inspection

Use this option when you need to inspect a specific inventory item.

1. Go to Inventory > Search > Inventory Details.

2. Expand the Ready Tag section.

3. Click the Record360 Inspections button to begin an inspection.

4. Complete the inspection.

The Item ID is automatically linked, and the inspection syncs to Elite upon completion.

Option 3: Ready Tag Inspection and Pass/Fail

The integration offers two methods for managing the final Ready Tag status, depending on your organization’s process.

Choose Your Ready Tag Process

Option A: Separate Inspection and Ready Tag

Ideal for organizations with separate inspectors and yard personnel.

1. Complete the full Record360 equipment inspection (for example, a 90-day check).

2. Complete the POR One Inspection ReadyTag separately by confirming the inspection is complete.

3. Record the final Pass/Fail Ready Tag status.

Option B: Consolidated Checklist

Ideal for organizations where one person performs both the inspection and the readiness check.

1. Complete the Record360 checklist.

2. Locate the custom question: “Is the item ready?”

3. Select Yes to pass the Ready status to Elite.

4. Leave it unchecked to pass Fail (Not Ready), bypassing the separate POR One Ready Tag.

Important Notes

On Work Orders: If you have the Work Order Advanced license and fail an item using the Consolidated Checklist (Option B), a pop-up option is provided to immediately create a work order.
