Access the Reservation List
- Open the POR One mobile app on your device (version 2025.04 or higher).
- Tap the Pre-Check icon on the home screen. This icon is visible only if you have the required mobile permissions enabled in Elite.
- The app displays a centralized list of Reservations scheduled for pickup or delivery within the next three business days (today, tomorrow, and the day after).
- Reservations remain on the list until they are pre-checked, fall outside the three-day range, or their status changes.
Sort and Filter the List
- By default, the list is sorted by start date, showing the most recent Reservations first.
- You can also sort the list by Reservation number.
- Use the search bar to locate a Reservation by number.
- Use the store filter to limit the list by location; the app defaults to your assigned store.
Access and Pre-Check Reservations
Pre-Check Serialized Items
- Tap the serialized line item.
- Select the specific serialized unit by scanning its barcode or choosing from the available list.
Pre-Check Bulk Items
- Tap the bulk line item.
- Use the quick check-off mechanism to confirm and record the quantity prepared for the Reservation.
Open Reservation Details
- Tap a Reservation in the list to open and view its full details, including history, line items, and any attached images.
Add Notes and Submit Pre-Check
- Use the Notes section to add information relevant to the pre-check process. You may include details such as equipment condition or the physical location of the staged item.
- After verifying all items:
- Tap Submit to complete the Pre-Check.
- A Call Log entry is automatically generated in Elite for the associated Reservation.
- The selected serialized items and adjusted bulk quantities are updated on the Reservation in Elite.
Understand Automatic Updates and Revalidation
- If an item is added or removed after submission:
- The system will revalidate the Reservation, and
- The Reservation will reappear in the Pre-Check list, indicating that a new pre-check is required.
