Who is In
This feature is part of the Time Clock module and allows you to see who is in and out of the office by store location. To use this feature, you must be licensed for Time Clock and assign your employees to an Employee Group. In Elite, this is done from the Operator Record > Information Tab. In Expert, Program Menu > Security > Employee Setup > Information tab.
How to get there
From Expert: Program Menu > Counter System > Who is in (located on the menu, next to Tools).
From Elite: Right Menu > "Who is in" icon
How does it work?
When users clock in or out, their office status will be visible.

Green indicates someone is clocked in, red means they are clocked out, and purple indicates they are off for the day.
