eCommerce | Consumer Portal Login

 


This article will go over creating a new account for the Consumer Portal, logging into an existing account, and resetting your password. The Consumer Login Micro App is intended to support your customers by aligning with the current consumer expectation of becoming more self-service. This self-service login will facilitate the authentication into the appropriate Consumer Portal.

Creating an account for the first time


Below are the steps your customers will take. 
 
  1. To sign up, enter your email and password

 

  1. You'll be prompted to enter a verification code for authentication.

  

 

  1. You will receive an email containing a One-Time Verification Code

  1. When the verification code is entered correctly, you will be directed to your associated Customer Record or presented with records that are associated to your email. Select your record to be taken to your Consumer Portal.

  1. If you selected a record, you'll be taken to your portal.

Verification code entered incorrectly
 

If the consumer enters the incorrect verification code, they'll be prompted to follow the “Forgot Password” process. Below are the steps your customers will take.

  

  1. To begin, press the "Sign in here" link to back to the main login screen.

 

 

  1. Click "Forgot Password”. Follow the prompt to enter your email address for a new verification code.

 

 

  1. A new verification code will be emailed to you. Enter the verification code again.

 

 

  1. Once successfully entering the correct code, you'll be directed to your associated Customer Record or be presented with associated records.
